Mechanics Videos

Little League International’s Director of Umpire Development & Operations, Stu Hartenstein, released a series of Mechanics Grams designed to help teach the new mechanics and philosophies to Little League Umpires.

​These Mechanics Grams include Routine Plays, the Demands of the Strike Zone, Movement on Plays at the Plate, Positioning at 2nd and 3rd and Transforming Stress to Enhance Performance.

​The mechanics in these videos are what is now being taught at all Little League and West Region Weeklong Academies, Weekend Clinics and Outreach Clinics.

MECHANICS GRAM SERIES VIDEOS
The Western Region Little League Umpire Alumni Association (WRLLUAA) is an organization created to further the development of the Little League program by helping volunteer umpires in their efforts to better serve the youth in the program. Members are volunteers umpires who have officiated at a West Regional Baseball or Softball tournament. The association is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations and contributions are tax deductible.
